World Gourmet Festival 2026

World Gourmet Festival 2026 returns to Bangkok from 29 September–4 October 2026, bringing together an exceptional line-up of acclaimed international and Thai chefs for a week of culinary experiences at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel.

This year’s festival, themed “Horizons & Heritage: A Celebration of World Flavours,” showcases the diversity of global gastronomy through exclusive chef dinners, collaborative tasting menus, afternoon teas, immersive encounters and special events. The programme features renowned culinary talents including Julien Royer, Dave Pynt, Alvaro Clavijo, Josiah Citrin, Georgiana Viou, Arnaud Dunand and many more.

Highlights include the opening Horizons & Heritage celebration, a series of gourmet encounters pairing international chefs with leading Thai culinary talents, the World Food Fair 2026, and the closing World Gourmet Brunch Party.
