LUZ Bangkok Tapas Bar Unveils 'Viva La Fiesta' Ladies' Night

Wednesday evenings in Bangkok just gained a serious dose of Iberian flair. Soaring above the bustling Sukhumvit district on the 33rd and 34th floors of INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok Sukhumvit, LUZ Bangkok Tapas Bar has officially launched Viva La Fiesta: Ladies’ Night—a weekly sky-high rendezvous that marries Spanish culinary theatricality with panoramic skyline views.

Running every Wednesday from 7 pm onwards, this energetic gathering offers ladies complimentary free-flow bubbles between 7 pm and 9 pm. Accompanying the free-flowing cava are two curated menus, live percussion rhythms, and guest DJs dropping modern Spanish house and tribal beats well into the night.

At the center of the culinary action stands Madrid-born Chef de Cuisine Juan Ignacio García Racionero, affectionately known as Chef Nacho. A towering centerpiece of the evening is Chef Nacho’s signature giant pan of paella, featuring weekly rotating variations ranging from succulent chicken and pork to ocean-fresh seafood and garden vegetables. For an added touch of tableside flair, the special Viva La Fiesta menu introduces Huevos Rotos con Gambas al Ajillo y Caviar—crispy potatoes topped with tender garlic prawns, premium caviar, and rich fried eggs assembled right before your eyes.

To keep the party flowing, the bar serves up one-liter sharing carafes of Agua de Valencia—a crisp blend of fresh orange juice, cava, vodka, and gin—alongside traditional house-made Sangria.

The sky-high celebration extends far beyond Wednesday nights. LUZ welcomes sunset seekers daily for Social Hours, offering a 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' promotion on selected wines, draught Chang beer, and signature cocktails from 5 pm to 7 pm.
