Vietnam Golf Coast Autumn 2026: Championship Fairways Meet World-Class Dining

Autumn in Central Vietnam just got a serious upgrade for luxury travellers and golf enthusiasts alike. The world-renowned clubs along the Vietnam Golf Coast (VGC) are pairing championship play with fresh culinary concepts, turning post-round downtime into a destination experience of its own.

Leading the charge this season, Montgomerie Links is preparing to reveal The 19th Coffee & Beer, a completely refreshed dining hub overlooking the driving range and first tee. Combining sleek contemporary design with comfortable indoor seating and an expansive outdoor terrace, the venue serves as a stylish pre-round coffee spot or post-match lounge.

The menu bridges East and West, balancing modern Western classics with authentic Vietnamese dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients. This exciting launch complements the existing Birdies Restaurant overlooking the 18th green, elevating the club's off-course lifestyle offerings.

"Great golf is still at the heart of everything we do, but the experience doesn’t begin and end on the course," says Le Vo Hoang Van, Club Manager at Montgomerie Links. "The 19th gives golfers somewhere they can settle in before a round or linger afterwards, with good food, a relaxed atmosphere and views that keep them connected to the course."

Global Menus and Championship Drama

Further inland, Ba Na Hills Golf Club is sharpening its culinary lineup with a brand-new autumn clubhouse menu designed to satisfy an international clientele. Guests can refuel with beef short-rib phở, truffle creamy rigatoni with crispy chicken, Korean sundubu jjigae, and crispy Vietnamese pancakes.

Seasonal highlights capture the region's festive autumn vibes, showcasing Phu Quoc-style bún quậy (seafood noodle soup), Hoi An herbal teas, and traditional mooncakes and songpyeon to celebrate the season.

"Food has become an increasingly important part of the golf experience in Central Vietnam," notes Andrew McGregor, General Manager at Ba Na Hills Golf Club. "Our golfers come from across Asia and around the world, so we want the clubhouse to reflect that diversity while retaining a strong sense of place through Vietnamese dishes and ingredients."

On the fairways, excitement continues to build as Ba Na Hills prepares to host the IMG Trophy 2026, bringing high-stakes competitive action to the iconic Luke Donald-designed layout.

Beyond the Fairways: Central Vietnam’s Culinary Magnetism

Beyond the greens, Central Vietnam offers one of Southeast Asia's richest epicurean landscapes. Danang’s vibrant dining scene spans street-side seafood stalls to MICHELIN Guide-recognized dining rooms. Nearby, historic Hoi An entices food lovers with legendary regional specialties like cao lầu and cơm gà (chicken rice).

Combining world-class courses, pristine beaches, luxury hideaways, and UNESCO World Heritage sites, Central Vietnam proves once again that a memorable round followed by an incredible meal is a winning match.
